ConnectionSphere Ltd
ConnectionSphere Ltd is a UK software company. Its founder, Martin Hewing, has built and run the WhatsApp customer-service automation, the Framer storefront and the cloud infrastructure for Turbo Diesel Engine Parts since November 2024; the company was incorporated in April 2025 to carry that work. We build for trade businesses that want three things: a front door on the number their customers already use, a website that sells, and infrastructure that is described in code and watched around the clock.
How we work
Every change is measured and dated before it ships, and the numbers are kept where the next reader can find them. Commits are written for the person who was not in the room. Production is reached only through a version-controlled deploy script, never by hand. The client publishes their own website and keeps their own keys. The AI assistant is told to defer to a colleague rather than guess, and every conversation path is walked by a test before a customer walks it.
What we build
WhatsApp customer-service automation with an AI assistant, sold as WABusinessConnect: a menu on the number customers already use, an assistant that captures the enquiry and hands it to a person, and a console where the representatives answer. Websites on Framer, with code components where a template runs out. And the machinery to run both: cloud infrastructure described in code, monitoring and alerts, backups and rebuild commands, security and data-protection controls, and the documentation that lets someone else pick it up.
