Who we are. This site is published by ConnectionSphere Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16412374, registered office Flat C, 11 Alderman Road, Ipswich IP1 2DU. We are the data controller for anything collected here. Write to info@connectionsphere.co.uk.

What this site collects. The site is hosted by Framer. Framer's built-in analytics records page views without cookies and without storing your IP address in a form that identifies you; it does not use a consent banner because no identifier is stored on your device. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google when a page loads. There are no forms and no advertising or tracking scripts.

If you contact us. E-mail you send to us is kept for as long as the matter it concerns is open, and then for the period we need it to answer a later question or a legal obligation. We do not share it with anyone else except the providers that carry our mail.

Your rights. Under UK GDPR you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Ask by e-mail and we will answer within one month.

Our clients' systems. The WhatsApp services we build for clients have their own privacy notices, published by the client on the client's own site. This notice covers this website only.
