A quotation goes out wrong: wrong currency, below cost, a deposit in the wrong money

The situation
A quotation built in a hurry goes wrong in small, expensive ways: a price below what the supplier charges, a supplier's euros treated as pounds, a core deposit typed in pounds on a quote that was then switched to euros, a line nobody priced shown as £0.00. The customer sees the mistake, or worse, accepts it.
What the app does
Checks before anything goes out. There are two levels. A stop cannot be sent until it is fixed: no customer name, no line priced, a price below the supplier's, a deposit in another currency, a missing exchange rate. A check can be sent once a person has ticked "I've checked these", and must be ticked again if what needs checking changes: part numbers not in our catalogue, no margin, a reman part with no core deposit, VAT that does not match the country. Supplier requests have their own checks (no part number, the same part twice).
Each side's money. The supplier's prices are kept in the supplier's currency and converted at Wise's live rate for exactly that pair, fetched again whenever either currency changes. The supplier's location and currency come from the sheet's supplier list.
Getting it to us. Either the supplier ships (their charge, in their money) or we collect with our own courier (in pounds). The cost is spread over the supplier's lines by value, before the margin.
Core deposits, as Caterpillar does them. A remanufactured part can be bought on Exchange (the price plus a refundable core deposit, the old unit comes back) or Outright (one price, nothing comes back). The deposit is shown on the line and beside the totals, never inside them.
Nothing is £0.00. A line with no price says "not quoted".
Prices may change. The terms on the PDF say prices follow the suppliers and exchange rates.
