The representatives answered WhatsApp from their phones and lost track of who was waiting. The console gives each of them one page: every thread that needs an answer, oldest first, with what the customer asked and the reference number the price sheet knows it by. A reply typed here goes out on WhatsApp as if from the phone; a quotation typed as five fields (part, price, currency, lead time, carriage) becomes a PDF with the company's terms and a link the customer can open. A dashboard shows every customer as one row, not one per thread. A rehearsal mode plays the customer in-process, so a new member of staff can practise on the real console without a real customer on the other end. Every page is rendered on the server and the same page renders from sample data, which is what the pictures here are.
